Economic development in Latin America: Guide to online sources in English

Country information in English is available through the web site of the INCAE library system. Included are sources from the Inter-American Development Bank (BID), the World Bank, the United Nations, the International Monetary Fund (FMI), the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (CEPAL), the Secretariat for Central American Economic Integration (SIECA) and the Economist Intelligence Unit.

Books on countries can be identified through the online catalog Libros. There is an option that limits a search to books in English. The online Country Studies / Area Handbooks are especially useful.
