Resumen:
The article discusses the techniques for cultivating a healthy appetite for risk in employees and organizations. Executives need to communicate with their employees that they do not mind having their ideas challenged. To make employees get involved in more experimental initiatives, it is helpful to lessen their accountability for riskier projects. Managers should help their employees understand that failures that result, despite careful planning, offer a learning opportunity.
