Resumen:
The article presents the author's views over the role of social capital in making any business organization successful. In the author's opinion, social capital is the soft side of any business, and a way to understand how mutual understandings and trust make organizations effective. Social capital is the resulting product of several organized policies and practices, each of which could be controlled by management. The author has offered information about the policies and practices regarding managing the social capital
