Resumen:
The article provides tips on how to polish a person┐s followership skills no matter where in the company he sits. It is important to consider when to share opinion in public and when to share it in private. A boss┐ trust is won if a follower is supportive. A follower should be reliant in handling duties which makes him an asset to the organization. Framing questions carefully and thoughtfully helps the boss reflect on decisions. Personal power can also be achieved with an awareness of how a follower┐s assumptions affect every situation.
