Resumen:
The article focuses on the role of developing good relationship between employees and employers in improving organizational performance. Valuable employees who are not ready for new roles can still benefit from training to help them perform better in their current positions and perhaps assume some new responsibilities within those roles. Managers should be open about differential treatment. Well-thought-out communication is essential for managing conflicts that may arise from differential treatment.
